Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and train in insurance sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and work independently.
• Background in sports/athletics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend training program combining online classroom and hands-on field training.
• Engage with local businesses via in-person meetings to present insurance solutions.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with clients and decision-makers.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio within your territory.
• Record daily sales activity and progress toward targets.
