Job summary

Cartessa Aesthetics, LLC is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive growth in assigned territories. This outside, hunter role focuses on cold calling, lead development, and closing deals for capital medical devices. Travel is required to cover the territory.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years outside sales or B2B experience.
• Minimum of 12 months of capital sales experience is REQUIRED.
• Must reside within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads through daily in-person cold calling and networking.
• Overnight travel within the territory.
• Develop and implement territory sales strategies to exceed quotas.
• Maintain pipeline updates with management and other team members.
• Keep company-owned property and inventory in good working condition.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
