Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• 5–7 years of sales experience.
• Prior sales success and a defined sales process are important.
• Industrial gas experience and welding experience are preferred; Oil & Gas is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote sales and provide account service to assigned and potential customers.
• Focus on achieving sales quotas, developing new business, and maintaining customer relationships.
• Contact existing accounts and make cold calls to potential targets, onsite or by phone.
• Improve gross profit and secure new business opportunities.
• Help enhance profitability of existing accounts by understanding and leveraging value propositions.
• Support and implement marketing plans, promotions, and new product launches.
• Secure long-term relationships by negotiating product supply agreements.
• Provide complete and accurate account setup and pricing data.
