Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative (Territory Manager) for the Santa Ana, CA area.

You will promote sales, manage accounts, and develop new business with customers in the specialty gas sector, focusing on securing long-term relationships and profitable growth. You will meet quotas, support marketing initiatives, and negotiate supply agreements while ensuring accurate pricing and onboarding of new customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• 5–7 years of sales experience.
• Industrial gas experience and welding experience preferred; Oil & Gas is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote sales and provide account service to assigned and potential customers.
• Focus on achieving sales quotas, developing new business, and maintaining relationships.
• Cold call existing accounts and target prospects onsite or by phone.
• Improve gross profit and secure new business opportunities.
• Support and implement marketing plans, promotions, and product launches.
• Negotiate product supply agreements to secure long-term relationships.
• Provide complete and accurate account setup and pricing data.
