Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Territory Sales Lead for the San Francisco district to ensure flawless execution of store-level sales and promotional plans. The role focuses on high-volume retailers, driving incremental sales, and maintaining distribution of Hershey products across trade channels.

The TSL will build consultative relationships with KDMs, analyze data to optimize routes, and lead in-store merchandising efforts while coordinating admin tasks and reporting within the territory.

Qualifications

• GED or HS Diploma.
• 2-year Associate/Community College degree required OR 3 years of previous sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute store-level sales and promotional plans in assigned territory.
• Develop and manage relationships with customer KDMs at all levels.
• Analyze store, product, and market data to guide sales strategies.
• Coordinate merchandising and forward-selling efforts to maximize incremental sales.
• Complete daily/weekly activity and expense reports using approved tools.
