Job summary

Castolin Eutectic in Salt Lake City is seeking an Industrial Sales Representative to grow our welding consumables division. You will maintain and expand sales with existing customers while developing new business opportunities within an assigned territory, serving direct, distribution, and Wear Solutions customers.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of consultative selling experience in industrial manufacturing, with knowledge of welding, wear mechanisms, and repair welding.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to end-user customers in key industries to reduce wear costs and equipment failure.
• Support and train distributors in the territory.
• Visit existing accounts to support their business and growth.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts based on territory activity.
• Develop new business through telephone marketing and strategic outreach.
• Communicate new products and promotions to customers and assist with quotes.
