Qualifications

• Adheres to safe working practices.
• 3-5 years’ Caterpillar equipment experience.
• 3-5 years’ construction industry experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to work well in a team environment.
• Willing to offer suggestions to improve department effectiveness.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong time management and problem solving skills.
• Familiarity with Uptake CRM, Sales Link and PSQ is a plus.
• Willingness to training in consultative selling and warranty guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Promote and prioritize safety in all activities.
• Apply deep knowledge to solve client problems using Wheeler resources.
• Build and maintain trust-based client relationships.
• Respond promptly to client needs and follow company guidelines.
• Coordinate with supervisor and other departments to meet goals.

• Utilize CRM and quoting tools to support client solutions.
• Contribute to marketing and client population insights in CRM data.
