Job summary

Castolin Eutectic is seeking a Wear Solutions Specialist to grow our wear services across targeted strategic accounts in mining, power generation, paper & pulp, cement and steel. You will leverage Castolin Eutectic’s technology to expand market presence and drive tailored, end-to-end wear solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in wear solutions with strong technical and sales acumen, and the ability to engage maintenance, engineering and purchasing teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of wear solutions experience in mining, power generation, paper/pulp, cement or steel.
• Experience as maintenance/plant management or in similar roles.
• Strong communication with maintenance, engineering and purchasing personnel.
• Solid understanding of surface protection and wear solutions.
• Familiarity with basic print reading and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop market for wear solutions within strategic accounts.
• Provide technical and application support with the team.
• Build and maintain relationships with end users and OEMs.
• Identify prospects and expand existing customer base.
• Maintain an Opportunity Pipeline in the CRM.
• Provide technical design and product support for wear-related queries.
• Collaborate cross-regionally to share best practices and improve approaches.
• Contribute to achieving sales volumes, revenue targets, and margins.
• Support marketing events, trade shows, and trainings.
