Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop sales teams, drive retailer and client expectations, and maintain store communication. You will train and lead Merchandisers and seasonal staff, educate customers on product lines, and ensure accurate execution of company policies.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, a valid driver's license, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Benefits are offered with eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales roles.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, overnights and weekends.
• Must have valid driver's license and willingness to travel to locations.

Responsibilities
