Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop a team of associates, drive sales, and ensure retailer/client expectations are met. Responsibilities include training, store communication, and educating customers on product lines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop assigned associates to drive sales.
• Train and mentor Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines.
• Maintain high quality of work and confidentiality.
