Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. You will train staff, stock and maintain the areas we are responsible for, and communicate store progress to the Market Sales Manager.

Responsibilities include building rapport with store teams, educating customers on product lines, and ensuring policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Experience/comfort level with electronics/technical products
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends
• A valid driver’s license is required; travel to additional locations may be necessary

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management
• Train, supervise, and develop the skills of Sales Merchandisers and others
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations
• Communicate successes or potential barriers to the Market Sales Manager
• Knowledge of handheld device functions and confidentiality requirements
• Supervise stocking and maintaining assigned areas
