Job summary

Odeko is seeking Territory Sales Associates to be the revenue leader in your city, onboarding independent coffee shops to Odeko’s local supply delivery service and growing partnerships in the market.

You’ll manage a pipeline to hit monthly revenue goals, upsell and nurture relationships pre- and post-sale, work with Operations and Support to resolve issues, and report activity in Hubspot while staying current on coffee trends. Base pay $60,000–$65,000 with on‑target earnings $90,000–$95,000.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales/account management/business development experience or local coffee community leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly revenue goals through new customer acquisition and growing existing customer accounts.
• Secure commitments from independent coffee shop owners and onboard them to Odeko’s local delivery service.
• Leverage Odeko’s data-driven prospect database to develop new client relationships and drive growth of partnerships.
