Job summary

Odeko in Seattle is seeking a Market Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring new coffee shops and expanding existing accounts. You will own local relationships, onboard shops to Odeko’s delivery service, and collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing success.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales or local coffee community leadership, a proven ability to manage a sales pipeline, and a passion for coffee and small businesses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or local coffee community leadership experience.
• Experience discovering and closing sales opportunities and building client relationships.
• Experience managing a pipeline to hit revenue targets.
• Interest in coffee and small business; background in coffee is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly revenue goals through new customer acquisition and growing existing accounts.
• Onboard independent coffee shop owners to Odeko’s local delivery service.
• Leverage data to build new client relationships and drive rapid growth of partnerships.
• Own the customer relationship pre- and post-sales, focusing on retention and expansion.
• Coordinate with Operations and Support to resolve day-to-day issues quickly.
• Maintain meticulous records in a CRM to report activity and conversations.
• Collaborate with vendor partners for local events and sampling campaigns.
• Advocate for customer interests and product/process improvements based on feedback.
• Stay informed about local and national trends in the specialty coffee industry.
