Job summary

Odeko is seeking a Territory Sales Associate to drive revenue in the Central US and Texas regions. You will visit independent coffee shops, onboard them to Odeko’s local delivery service, and use data-driven prospecting to build new partnerships and expand existing accounts.

You’ll own the full sales cycle, manage the pipeline in HubSpot, and collaborate with Operations to resolve issues quickly. A passion for coffee and small business is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, account management, or business development.
• Ability to close opportunities and build client relationships.
• Self-directed in a fast-evolving environment.
• Experience managing a revenue pipeline to hit targets.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly revenue goals through new and existing customers.
• Onboard independent cafe owners to Odeko's local delivery service.
• Leverage data-driven prospecting to grow partnerships.
• Manage pre- and post-sale relationships for retention and expansion.
• Collaborate with Operations and Support to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain accurate HubSpot records of activities and conversations.
