Job summary

PMI U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 in the United States. The 10-week program runs June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027, providing hands-on experience in field sales, analytics, and commercial operations while collaborating with senior sales leaders.

Interns will ride along with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market trends, and contribute to territory growth and retailer engagement. Flexible hybrid work options and exposure to multiple teams are offered.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
