Philip Morris International U.S. is offering an undergraduate intern position in Field Sales for Summer 2027. The 10-week program provides hands-on experience in field sales, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration within Commercial teams across the United States.

Participants will shadow Territory Sales Managers, analyze market data, and contribute to projects that drive territory growth and consumer engagement, with a flexible hybrid work setup and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program
• Graduating between December 2027 and May 2028
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Comfort using data to generate insights
• Leadership demonstrated in academics, student orgs, athletics or work

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
