Philip Morris International U.S. is offering a 10-week Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 program. You will gain hands-on experience in field sales, working with Territory Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to drive territory growth and consumer engagement.

The role emphasizes analytical work, retail execution, and collaboration across Commercial, Marketing, and Business Development teams. The internship runs June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027 with a flexible hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
• Graduating between Dec 2027 and May 2028.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
