Job summary

United Water Restoration Group of South FL is seeking a Field Marketing & Brand Ambassador to promote our air conditioning and plumbing services across the assigned territory. You will build relationships with referral partners, attend local events, and develop new service opportunities.

The role focuses on networking with property managers, Realtors, home inspectors, and contractors, driving leads while representing the brand at community events and trade shows.

Qualifications

• Experience in field marketing, outside sales, or business development is required.
• HVAC/plumbing/home services or real estate referral experience preferred.
• Strong communication, networking and public speaking skills are essential.
• Professional appearance, self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory and develop relationships with referral partners.
• Promote HVAC, plumbing, and related services to partners and customers.
• Generate qualified leads and new service opportunities.
• Visit local businesses and referral sources regularly.
• Build long-term relationships with business owners and community partners.
• Represent the company at networking events and trade shows.
• Educate partners about services, coverage, and customer benefits.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide activity reports.
