Koalafi is hiring a high-energy sales professional to drive new business across Oklahoma, Kansas, and Nebraska. You will travel extensively, present at retailers and national accounts, and manage relationships using Salesforce. Expect an 80/20 split between hunting new business and farming existing accounts.

The full-time role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, with an on-target total compensation of $105,000–$140,000 annually and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience is required.
• Minimum 2+ years of new business development (sales hunting) required.
• The ability to travel up to 50% with overnight travel.
• Extensive driving is required; a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Location requirement: primary residence within Oklahoma, Kansas, or Nebraska territory.

Responsabilités

• Prospects new business within the states of Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska.
• Meet or exceed established sales budgets and KPIs.
• Develop and implement a strategic prospecting plan and provide weekly updates to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Present sales and training at retail accounts and National Account locations.
• Travel within territory and use Salesforce to maintain touch with customers and stakeholders.
• Prepare various business reports and submit expense reports.
• Investigate and resolve customer problems.
• Role is 80% hunting new business and 20% account management.
