Job summary

Pro Chem Inc. is seeking an entry-level Outside Sales Representative to cover the Augusta, Georgia metro area. You\'ll be trained on our products and industries, and you\'ll bring drive to win new business while building a book of repeat customers.

This is a full-time role with ramp-up base pay, uncapped commissions, bonuses, a car and cellphone allowance, and comprehensive benefits. You’ll manage your own territory, reports, and schedule, with strong support from Sales Coaches and mentors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree with related coursework preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication, influence, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Hunter mentality – driven, competitive, and resilient.
• Solid time-management, planning, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new business opportunities to grow revenue in the territory.
• Build relationships with repeat customers through regular visits, calls, and emails.
