Job summary

Avive Solutions, Inc. is seeking a full-time Community Programs Specialist to drive growth in a defined New Jersey territory.

You will identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across community-oriented sales verticals, engaging customers through calls, emails, visits, and product demonstrations. The role requires a strong mix of territory management, technical aptitude, and interpersonal excellence.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience selling emergency response or safety-related products to public sector clients.
• Experience owning a geographic territory, building a high-performing pipeline and relationships.
• Ability to deliver impactful in-person demos and mixed SaaS/physical product solutions.
• Strong technical aptitude to learn and communicate product solutions quickly.
• Proficient with sales and productivity tools including Salesforce, SharePoint, Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a defined geographic territory and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Engage decision-makers via in-person visits, outbound calls, emails, and strategic outreach.
• Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and presentations for SaaS and hardware solutions.
• Develop deep product and technical expertise to advise prospects and clients.
• Use CRM tools to document interactions, manage pipeline stages, and drive metrics.
• Travel within the territory ~30% to visit clients and close deals on-site.
• Foster trust and long-term partnerships with key customers and stakeholders.
