McKesson is seeking a Territory Executive in Retail Pharmacy Automation to drive business development and sales with independent retail pharmacies across the US, including Health Mart franchises. You will work independently, build meaningful relationships, and exceed KPIs while coordinating with Regional Sales Managers on solution-driven strategies.

The role requires a self-starter mindset, strong communication, and proven ability to manage pipelines, forecast activity, and travel domestically

Qualifications

4-year college degree or related experience.
1+ years of sales experience in healthcare.
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Collaborative approach to working with colleagues.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to travel extensively domestically and internationally.
Valid driver's license required.
Superior presentation skills.
Experience and understanding of the US healthcare environment, especially in retail pharmacy.
Experience with Salesforce.com.

Responsabilités

Achieve and exceed annual territory sales targets.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans in collaboration with Regional Sales Manager team.
Collaborate closely with all departments of McKesson to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Lead trade show presence at multiple trade shows and conferences annually within the territory which may involve occasional weekends
Manage sales funnel and sales process outputs, as well as accurately forecasting within assigned territory.
Set appointments and cultivate lead opportunities using multi-sourced data in collaboration with Regional Sales Manager team
Perform other sales and company activities as directed.
Travel frequently to support industry events, as well as support internal and external customers.
