McKesson is seeking a Territory Executive, Retail Pharmacy Automation to lead business development and sales with independent retail pharmacies across the US, with a strong emphasis on Health Mart franchises. This role requires an independent self-starter who can build meaningful relationships and manage sales processes, KPIs, and special projects.

You will work closely with Regional Sales Managers to develop solution-driven strategies, forecast accurately, set appointments, and travel regularly

Formación

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years sales experience in healthcare.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• High level verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative approach to working with colleagues.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel extensively domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve and exceed annual territory sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager team.
• Collaborate closely with all departments of McKesson to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Lead trade show presence at multiple trade shows and conferences annually within the territory which may involve occasional weekends.
• Manage sales funnel and sales process outputs, as well as accurately forecasting within assigned territory.
• Set appointments and cultivate lead opportunities using multi-sourced data in collaboration with Regional Sales Manager team.
• Perform other sales and company activities as directed.
• Travel frequently to support industry events, as well as support internal and external customers.
