Job summary

WM is seeking a Sales Executive to drive direct sales of Shred-it's document destruction services within a VA territory, from Virginia Beach to Norfolk and surrounding cities. You will manage the full sales cycle, build a pipeline, and close orders while aligning with WMHS policies and values.

You will develop a sales strategy, maintain product expertise, and report activities to the District Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years in B2B sales or prospecting preferred.
• Associate's degree or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively sell document destruction services within a defined VA territory.
• Develop and meet monthly/annual sales targets with the District Sales Manager.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for the territory.
• Cover Virginia Beach to Norfolk, VA and surrounding cities.
• Maintain knowledge of Shred-it services and competitive solutions.
