Job summary

Global Recruiters of West Bend is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead sales across a Denver-based territory, focusing on Commercial, Municipal and Industrial markets. You will drive client outreach, acquisition and retention, and coordinate with an estimating team and project managers.

This is a hybrid or remote role based in the Denver metro area, with frequent travel to engage opportunities and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive sales activity in the assigned Territory, with direct support from a regional estimating team, project managers and other customer support professionals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to win new projects and expand existing accounts.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers and peers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Travel frequently for daily and weekly engagements to advance opportunities.

Our client is an industry-leading and nationally-recognized environmental services provider.

Reporting to the EVP-Sales, the Territory Manager will be fully responsible for the sales activity in this Territory; with the direct support of a regional estimating team, project managers and other customer support professionals.

Compensation: An aggressive mix of base salary & commission, with most projects being sold & completed within weeks.

Location: Hybrid or remote. Based in the Denver metro area

Travel: Frequent daily & weekly travel
