Job Description

Our client is seeking a Territory Sales Executive to lead account development and drive sales of medium voltage drives, motors, and services across a 14-state territory. This is a remote-based role requiring regular travel to client sites, OEMs, and distributors. The right candidate will have strong technical knowledge and proven success in both managing existing relationships and developing new business in this industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and be instrumental in delivering sustainable energy solutions to industrial clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end users (40%)
  • Meet or exceed sales targets for medium voltage drives, motors, and services
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned region (60%)
  • Support and coordinate with account managers, reps, and internal teams
  • Drive customer engagement through technical expertise and solution selling

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 5–10 years of experience selling electrical power equipment
  • Proven success in account management and new business development
  • Strong communication and customer influence skills
  • Experience with medium voltage VFDs or power electronics (preferred)

The base salary range for this position is $120,000–$150,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
