Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Approximately five years of relevant sales or industry experience.
• Mechanical or technical knowledge relevant to pumps, industrial equipment, or associated engineered systems.
• Experience developing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
• Ability to communicate technical equipment information to engineers, contractors, and end users.
• Self-motivated approach with the confidence to develop a sales territory independently.

Responsabilités

• Develop new business opportunities within municipal water, wastewater, and collection system applications.
• Sell pumping equipment, lift station systems, spare parts, accessories, and related solutions.
• Build relationships with municipalities, engineering consultants, contractors, and other technical decision-makers.
• Work with consulting engineers to support equipment specifications and position products for future projects.
• Support contractors through the bidding, quotation, and sales process.
• Provide technical advice on pump applications, equipment selection, and system requirements.
• Coordinate project quotations, technical submittals, and order documentation with internal support teams.
• Manage customer relationships, territory development, sales activity, and opportunities through CRM systems.
