Job summary

Johnson Brothers, a leading family-owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer, is seeking a Sales Consultant in Training to service accounts in the Twin Cities area and the Rochester region. This role trains future sales territory holders and involves stocking shelves, building displays, and post-delivery follow-up while supporting sales objectives.

Responsibilities include developing retailer relationships, communicating with Sales Representatives, and promoting products, in-store tastings,

Qualifications

• Experience in liquor industry is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50-pound cases.
• Local candidates preferred (no relocation).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned territory to service accounts.
• Ensure shelves, displays, and cold boxes are stocked correctly.
• Follow up after deliveries and service liquor department shelves.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with Sales Representatives on buyer preferences and stock.
