Job summary
Autotrader is hiring a Client Success Manager / Territory Sales Manager to grow and retain subscription revenue from Kelley Blue Book and Autotrader products. You will manage a portfolio of franchise and large independent dealers in Southern/Central California Coast and present data-driven solutions to help dealers reach business objectives.
You will collaborate with Cox Auto sales teams to drive referrals, build relationships with dealers, and expand cross-sell opportunities while ensuring high
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years’ experience in a related field.
- Travel within an assigned sales territory will be required.
- Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required.
Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed revenue, retention, and referral goals.
- Manage Sales Pipeline and Forecasting.
- Expand relationships with multiple decision makers at dealer clients to maximize revenue & minimize cancellations; Work closely with assigned dealers to provide a data-driven consultative assessment of their operational challenges and needs.
- Own, deepen and continually build the relationship with their dealers.
- Reinforce value proposition with content and data through monthly ROI business reviews.
