Job summary
Autotrader, a Cox Automotive brand, is seeking a Client Success Manager/Territory Sales Manager to cover the Southern and Central California Coastal region (Thousand Oaks, Ventura, Santa Barbara, Santa Maria). You will grow subscription revenue and manage a portfolio of franchise and large independent dealers, delivering solutions and insights to meet business objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 6 years’ experience in a related field or equivalent combinations.
- Willingness to travel within an assigned sales territory.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed revenue, retention, and referral goals.
- Manage Sales Pipeline and Forecasting.
- Expand relationships with dealer clients and provide data-driven assessments.
- Collaborate with Cox Auto sales teams to drive referrals.
- Advocate for dealers during implementation and onboarding.
- Respond to customer issues and route to the appropriate contact.
