Job summary

MarketSource, Inc. is seeking a Territory Account Representative in the Tempe, AZ area to specialize in Training, Brand Advocacy, Assisted Sales, and Visual Presence. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 1–2 years minimum experience selling industry related solutions to end-users and customer facing retail sales.
• 2+ years experience of training retail associates.
• Proven track record of achieving sales objectives.
• Access to internet for email and report submissions.
• Retail sales or management experience is a plus.
• Must have a web enabled device (smartphone/tablet) with iOS or Android 2.2+ and active data plan.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Attains or exceeds monthly quota.
• Communicates status of qualified opportunities with program leadership.
• Conducts on-site data gathering to design and explain products and solutions.
• Presents solutions and designs to end users.
• Provides product demonstrations to facilitate closing.
• Stores within territory visits and travel as needed.
• Develops training sessions for client’s sales channels.
• Interacts with client at multiple levels for training, funnel management, and lead generation.
• Maintains territory performance metrics and revenue attainment.
