• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional experience (relevant sales, leadership, or athletic experience considered).

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present tailored supplemental insurance solutions.
• Conduct one-on-one consultations with employees to explain coverage options.
• Deliver engaging group presentations to communicate product value.
• Build long-term client relationships through service, follow-up, and policy reviews.
• Manage and grow your own book of business as a trusted advisor in your territory.
• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads, manage clients, and expand network.
