Qualifications

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain (materials and fees provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional experience (sales/leadership or athletic backgrounds considered).

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present tailored supplemental insurance solutions for employees.
• Conduct one-on-one consultations to ensure coverage options are understood.
