Qualifications

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present tailored supplemental insurance solutions.
• Conduct one-on-one consultations with employees on coverage options.
• Deliver engaging group presentations to communicate product value.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through service and policy reviews.
• Manage and grow your own book of business in your territory.
• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads, manage clients, and grow your network.
