Qualifications

• Background in sales or leadership; training provided.
• Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
• Must pass background check and have valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce to generate leads and grow your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess client insurance needs.
• Meet with sales manager and team and attend calls.
• Visit businesses to build relationships and upsell.
• Develop your client portfolio and hit targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and report activity daily.
