Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its sales team and seeking a driven, energetic individual to join the company culture and take their career to the next level. Training includes virtual classes and hands-on mentoring in your assigned sales territory, with a mentor guiding you through the sales process and advanced techniques.

While calling on local clients and supporting them in your area, there are optional travel weeks to work with colleagues from other regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license (state study course provided; licensing fees reimbursed).
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, and service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it each week.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity at the end of each day.
