Job summary

Westlake Royal Building Products is seeking a field-based sales professional to achieve sales and profitability targets in the San Antonio/Austin region. The role focuses on strengthening consultative relationships with distributors, builders, and contractors and expanding market share with Unified Steel & DaVinci products.

The ideal candidate will develop territory plans, work with architects, and present product offerings to win specifications while managing budgets and travel commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual a plus (Spanish).
• Direct sales experience preferred; building product sales experience preferred.
• Excellent negotiating skills.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, detail oriented.
• Enthusiastic, self-starter with good interpersonal skills.
• Consultative mind-set, solution-oriented selling.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong relationships with existing customers.
• Sell Westlake Royal Building Products' Unified Steel & DaVinci products to achieve targets.
• Work with architects and designers so products are specified in planning documents.
• Interpret data from lead generation, market data and reports.
• Drive product performance to grow market share and sales.
