Westlake Royal Building Products – Roofing Solutions seeks a seasoned Sales Territory Manager for the San Antonio/Austin region. Build consultative relationships with distributors, builders, and roofing contractors to meet sales targets and expand market share for Unified Steel, DaVinci, and Westlake Royal components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Direct sales experience preferred; building product sales experience preferred.
• Excellent negotiating skills.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, detail oriented.
• Enthusiastic, self-starter with good interpersonal skills.
• Consultative mindset and solution-oriented selling approach.
• MS Office including Teams and Outlook 365; Salesforce/SAP or similar tools.

Responsabilités

• Establish strong relationships with existing customers.
• Sell Unified Steel & DaVinci products and services to achieve targets within defined segments.
• Work with architects and designers so products are specified in planning docs.
• Interpret data from lead generation and market research to guide sales.
• Drive product performance to grow market share and ASP.
• Develop territory plans to meet business and sales goals.
• Maintain positive customer relations and meet with key decision makers.
• Participate in local building and roofing trade shows.
• Provide technical advice and distribute literature; organize demonstrations and training.
• Submit timely sales reports and forecasts.
