Job summary

Westlake Royal Building Products in the San Antonio/Austin area is seeking a Territory Sales professional to achieve sales targets for Unified Steel & DaVinci products and components. You will develop strong relationships with distributors, builders, and contractors, and work with architects to get product specifications included in plans.

The role demands consultative selling, excellent negotiation, and the ability to manage multiple projects with a regional focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Direct sales experience preferred; building product sales experience preferred
• Bilingual a plus (Spanish)
• Insurability and valid US state driver’s license is mandatory
• Excellent negotiating skills
• Strong relationship building skills
• Requires consultative mind-set and solution-oriented selling approach
• Working knowledge of MS Office suite including Teams and Outlook 365

Responsibilities

• Quickly establish strong relationships with all existing customers
• Sell Westlake Royal Building Products’ Unified Steel & DaVinci products to achieve targets/quotas in defined segments
• Work with architects and designers so products are specified in planning documents
• Interpret data from lead generation, market data, and reporting factors
• Drive product performance to achieve market share, sales growth, and ASP
• Develop and maintain territory plans to meet business objectives
• Maintain positive customer relations by meeting and consulting with customers
• Build rapport with key decision makers within customers’ organizations
• Participate in local building and roofing trade shows
• Provide technical advice to customers and distribute literature
• Arrange demonstrations and training sessions
• Submit sales reports and forecasts on time
• Participate in sales, technical, and product training programs
