Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking a Clinical Manager in San Diego to oversee patient care services, supervise clinical staff, and lead CHAP and regulatory survey readiness. The role drives QAPI initiatives and monitors patient satisfaction and complaint resolutions.

The position requires RN licensure, 5+ years of RN experience with supervisory home health exposure, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. Travel to all locations is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and licensed to practice as an RN.
• Minimum 5 years RN experience with at least 2 years supervisory in Home Health.
• Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of operation.
• CPR certification required while in a clinical role.
• Must be a licensed driver with insured vehicle and ability to travel to all business locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical and administrative operations, serving as primary staff and patient contact during operating hours.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with professional standards, agency policies, and state and federal regulations.
• Provide leadership and backup coverage for PCM and CSS roles as needed.
• Coordinate patient care through intake, referrals, and interdisciplinary care plans.
• Drive QAPI initiatives, track incidents, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain survey readiness and analytics, including HHCAHPS survey distribution within SHP.
• Oversee Emergency Preparedness Planning, activation, post-activation reporting, and ongoing monitoring.
