Job summary

RRC Solutions Group in San Diego, CA seeks a Clinical Manager to oversee patient care services and personnel, ensuring safe, effective delivery and ongoing regulatory readiness.

You will lead CHAP and regulatory survey readiness, drive QAPI initiatives, supervise clinical staff, coach teams, and monitor patient satisfaction and complaint resolutions. This role requires RN licensure, travel to all business locations, and strong leadership in operations, quality, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse with active licensure in the state of operation.
• 3-5+ years of clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Experience managing home, community, or clinic RN services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care services and personnel to ensure safe, effective delivery.
• Lead CHAP readiness and regulatory survey processes.
• Drive QAPI initiatives and monitor complaint resolutions and patient satisfaction.
• Supervise and coach clinical staff and provide coverage when needed.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams and update care plans.
