Klein Tools in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to manage retailer displays, update SKUs, and balance inventory while maintaining clean, full visuals. You will monitor sales performance and provide feedback to improve merchandising and outcomes.

Educating store managers on product features, supporting in-store promotions, tracking key metrics, and communicating with cross-functional teams will be core.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years in retail sales, merchandising, or territory management.
• Retail environment or merchandising/marketing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update retailer product displays, adding new products, additional SKUs and re-balancing inventory when necessary.
• Monitor retail sales performance to identify opportunities for product placement and merchandising execution improvements.
• Foster positive relationships with store managers and retail staff for product visibility and merchandising execution.
• Educate retail key decision makers on product features, benefits, and brand positioning to drive incremental sales orders.
• Implement promotional sales strategies and support in-store events and product demonstrations.
• Track and report key retail metrics, including sales data, inventory movement, and promotional effectiveness.
• Drive effective communication and collaboration within the organization.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
