Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Customer Manager Associate to cover the designated territory within the market. You will report to the Retail Sales Manager or Senior Customer Manager and develop relationships with store managers to achieve short and long-term objectives at assigned stores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
• Sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and sales skills.
• Proficient in Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Sell promotional programs for displays.
• Sell incremental quantities for displays and TPR with distributors.
• Develop relationships with store managers and buyers.
• Obtain distribution and placement of new items via distributors.
• Identify and correct voids.
• Merchandise products for best shelf placement.
• Attend retailer resets when requested.
• Complete audits and pricing surveys.
• Communicate competitive and market activity to management.
• Utilize technology to report results.
• Set and review performance against objectives with Sales Manager.
