Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Customer Manager Associate to cover a defined market, building relationships with store managers and buyers to drive short- and long-term performance objectives in assigned stores within a geographic territory. You will manage wall-to-wall selling, new item speed-to-shelf, pricing surveys, promotions, and merchandising to boost incremental sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Proven sales experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with customers.
• Proficient in Outlook and Excel for communication and data management.

Responsibilities

• Sells promotional programs for displays at independent natural retailers purchasing from distributors.
• Sells incremental quantities for display and TPR based on OI programs through distributors.
• Develops relationships with store managers and buyers through effective communication and follow-through.
• Obtains distribution and placement of client new items at independent natural retailers through distributors such as UNFI and Kehe.
• Identifies and corrects voids and ensures optimal shelf placement.
