Qualifications

• 4–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in retail/HQ hiring.
• Experience using Workday ATS and managing high-volume requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing through multiple channels including community outreach, referrals, social media, and job boards to attract store leadership talent.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers and other retail leadership roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: postings, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding.
