Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Territory Recruiter to source, screen, interview, and onboard store leadership across multiple markets. You will partner with Burlington leadership, HR, and hiring managers to fill key leadership roles and build strong candidate pipelines.

You will travel quarterly to stores within the Territory and manage the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced retail environment. Competitive wages, associate discount, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume retail.
• Experience recruiting Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and other retail leadership across multiple markets.
• Working knowledge of Workday ATS and managing requisitions in a high-volume environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through multiple channels, build pipelines for store leadership roles.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: postings, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding.
• Collaborate with field leadership, HR, and hiring managers to align staffing with business goals.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and community partners to boost diversity and talent pool.
• Travel quarterly to stores within the Territory as needed.
