Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Full Life Cycle Recruiter.
• Working knowledge of an ATS such as Workday.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Hybrid role requiring in-office presence 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through in-person, digital and social channels.
• Pipeline passive and diverse talent and manage engagement.
• Handle placing, offers and close candidates.
• Understand business units to tailor screening and selection.
• Provide consultative recruiting strategies to leaders.
• Build relationships with diverse professional organizations and universities.
