Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Territory Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for store leadership across multiple markets. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard executives like Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers, partnering with field leadership and HR to meet hiring goals.

Join a dynamic Talent Acquisition team focused on building relationships, pipelines, and a strong candidate experience while traveling quarterly to support stores across the territory.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume retail.
• Proven success recruiting and hiring store leadership roles across multiple locations.
• Working knowledge of ATS, preferably Workday, with requisitions, pipelines, interviews and offers.
• Ability to source, attract, and engage active and passive retail management talent.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and business-partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and onboard store leadership candidates.
• Build and maintain proactive pipelines for Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and other retail roles.
• Partner with field leadership, HR and hiring managers to align staffing with objectives and market needs.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Travel to stores within the Territory on a quarterly basis to support hiring needs.
