Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Territory Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for store leadership roles across the territory. You will partner with field leadership, HR, and hiring managers to source, screen, interview, and onboard top talent, while promoting Burlington’s culture and values.

You will establish strong talent pipelines for Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers, using a variety of channels and Workday ATS to manage requisitions and processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on high-volume retail recruiting.
• Working knowledge of ATS, preferably Workday, with experience managing requisitions and candidate pipelines.
• Ability to source, attract, and engage active and passive retail management talent through multiple channels.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to influence retail leaders.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment and meeting aggressive hiring timelines.
• Willingness to travel to stores within the Territory on a quarterly basis, with possible overnight trips.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, referrals, social media, and community partnerships.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers across locations.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: postings, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Partner with field leadership to understand staffing needs and market trends to inform hiring decisions.
• Provide market intelligence and recruiting strategies to help leaders achieve hiring and retention goals.
• Foster relationships with candidates, store leaders, and community organizations to attract a diverse, high-performing workforce.
