Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead in the United States to supervise and develop associates, drive sales, and ensure retailer and client expectations are met. • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license required and travel to locations may be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop the skills of Sales Merchandisers, fellow Territory Sales Leads, and seasonal associates.
• Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of client brands and product lines.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work in all areas of the store to meet client expectations.
• Maintain understanding of company policies and apply them consistently.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Master handheld device functions for efficient reporting and updates.
• Protect company, client, and retailer confidentiality.
